About the Role:

– Providing Exceptional Resident Care: Respect the dignity of our residents by assisting them with daily living activities, supporting their mobility, and offering compassionate emotional support.

– Effective Communication and Collaboration: Engage with residents, families, and the care team to foster a positive and collaborative environment that enhances our residents’ experience.

– Maintaining Resident Well-Being:  Adhere to care plans and contribute to personalized care strategies, while accurately documenting care activities and utilizing IT systems to promote resident well-being.

– **Professional Development:** Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure continued personal growth and high-quality care provision.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

– Has experience in a care home or home care setting (desirable but not mandatory).

– Is dedicated to providing care with a strong commitment to resident empowerment.

– Functions effectively as part of a team and thrives in a collaborative environment.

– Is reliable, flexible, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

– Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

– A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and support for all new hires.

– Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
